Kai Tsujimura’s Karatsu Tea Bowl is a form made with a vibrant orange clay body, a red stoneware with high iron content. The form is then coated with a thick layer of semi transparent glossy white glaze. The droplets of the glaze flow and turn in different directions and through the glaze, creates natural compositions.
