This classic Shino Tea Bowl is made by master potter Shiro Tsujimura. The red and white glaze creates a lovely unified composition, displaying freely the effects of the kiln. The orange tinge of the stoneware, created with additions of iron in the clay body, shows through in the creamy and soft surface of the form.
