This atmospheric fired tea bowl is taller than the other forms by Kai Tsujimura. The bright orange flashing, condensed along the side of the piece, speaks of a moment, a sharp instant in which the fire hit the side of the form directly. The result is a brightly colored surface. The form of the piece allows for versatility and it can easily hold warm drinks such as tea or coffee for everyday use and enjoyment.
