Kensuke Takeoka (b. 1996) is a glass artist that bridges glass with woven textile patterns. Casting delicate shadow patterns, each vessel is a hand-spun work that pushes the boundaries of glass material; the patterns must be woven while the glass remains in its molten form, requiring a quick pace that realizes free and flowing expressions.
