The undulating metal of the wire-mesh fabric is cast in a unique color tinged green, a rare use of pigmentation among her series of metal inclusions. Encased within a flattened, capsule-like sculpture, the suspended fabric softens the light and centers the interior of the glass in stark contrast against the metal. The moment captured within is suspended in time, unchanging since the first sealing of the blown-glass walls.
