Daisuke Nakano, traveling to Ippodo Gallery from Kyoto, will speak about his latest collection of eleven paintings on March 21st from 1–2PM at the 35 N Moore St. gallery. The special exhibition Banquet of Life: Nihonga Paintings by Daisuke Nakano for Asia Week 2026 features paintings that celebrate the natural world through glorious depictions of flora and fauna: blanketed in shimmering snow, at the turning point of the springtime thaw, and in full blooming colors.
