Kishino sculpted this figure of an aged arhat from a piece of driftwood, imbuing the figure with the sense of the passage of time. With hands clasped in prayer and mouth open, the monk seems to call out the viewer as if preaching the wisdom of the Buddha’s law.展覧会情報
